Shipping & Returns
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies from 1 to 28 days. For details, see individual items or contact us prior your order to make sure your product will arrive on time.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please, be aware that UK left EU and from 01/01/2021 custom fees may apply for different countries.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If an order is being delivered back to us due to unpaid Custom fees from customer's side, we are not responsible for any damages, loss and we will not issue a refund for personalised or custom orders.
When ordering Wholesale, make sure you order the products and quantity you need. We only accept returns in 14 days and products should be received back not damaged or being used.
If there is a delivery being damaged, please send us photos in 10 days after delivery, or refunds will be canceled afterwards.
Return & Exchange Policy
WE gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
We DO NOT accept returns and refunds for any Personalised or Used Products.
WE don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Returns are accepted only in 30 days after being delivered.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund will be issued if there is a missing or damaged product on delivery.
If we do not hear from you until 5 working days from delivery, with photos of damaged products, then no refunds should be issued.
